AllConnected is seeking a proactive and results-driven sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client accounts while also driving business growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with our management team, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve the overall client experience. Assigned vertical markets will include school districts, water districts, municipalities, financial institutions, and other small businesses.

This position requires a combination of account management expertise, business development acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to existing clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges related to cloud adoption, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional IT services and solutions to existing clients, leveraging a deep understanding of their business objectives.
  • Conduct consultations and meetings with clients to discuss their requirements, work with vendors and our services team to provide expert advice, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's security, networking, and cybersecurity service offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate scoping, proposal development, and solution delivery for clients.
  • Actively prospect and generate new business within the assigned vertical markets, targeting school districts, water districts, municipalities, financial institutions, and other small businesses.
  • Effectively manage and grow a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and accounts, utilizing CRM software to track progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings and market trends, providing feedback to the company on product enhancements and market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales success, particularly in selling technology products, solutions and services to clients.
  • Knowledge and understanding of security, networking, and cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the targeted vertical markets, including school districts, water districts, municipalities, financial institutions, and small businesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
